Responsibilities

  • Managing and maintaining the general ledger to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Performing bank reconciliations to verify the accuracy of account balances.
  • Posting transactions to various accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Utilizing intermediate Excel skills to compile and analyze financial data.
  • Collaborating with the accounting team to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
  • Providing support during audits and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
  • Assisting with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Qualifications

  • Education requirement is a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing general ledger functions and bank reconciliations.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in intermediate Excel functions, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex financial data.
